The position:

Our agency is looking for a Senior Infrastructure Project Manager (M/F) to work within a team of technical experts evolving in a demanding international environment.

We are looking for a profile capable of managing infrastructure projects while maintaining strong technical credibility with the teams.

Your mission Manage infrastructure and IT transformation projects, ensuring the coordination of technical teams, monitoring commitments, and the proper execution of roadmaps.

Your responsibilities

• Manage infrastructure projects from end to end.
• Ensure monitoring of schedules, risks, dependencies, and milestones.
• Coordinate a team composed of about fifteen technical experts.
• Lead follow-up meetings and steering committees.
• Act as the interface between technical teams and various stakeholders.
• Support transformation and infrastructure evolution topics.
• Guarantee proper communication and the escalation of alerts to management.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project and Agile practices.

Profile sought:

You are a Senior Infrastructure Project Manager

• Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in infrastructure project management.
• Proven experience in complex technical environments.
• Ability to lead teams composed mostly of technical experts.

You have a solid technical background

• Former systems, networks, cloud, or infrastructure engineer.
• Good understanding of hosting environments and cloud architectures.
• Ability to challenge technical teams and understand architectural issues.

You are comfortable in Agile environments

• Knowledge of Agile methods and their implementation in infrastructure contexts.
• Experience in cross-functional coordination in complex organizations.

International context

• Fluent English is essential.
• Ability to evolve in a multicultural environment.
