Nature of work: Lead the manufacturing process team (~100 employees, 3 direct reports)

Ensure smooth implementation of manufacturing plans, effectively plan human and material resources

Analyze and identify process constraints, initiate productivity improvement solutions

Solve problems related to safety, quality, and production

Implement and standardize best practices

Ensure smooth management of the electronics products repair process throughout the company

Requirements: Higher education (in the field of production management, engineering, or electronics)

Not less than 3 years of team leadership experience (advantage - in an international manufacturing company)

Knowledge of manufacturing processes

Work organization and planning skills

Analytical thinking and result orientation

Good knowledge of English and excellent MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills

We offer: Salary from 3400 - 4600 EUR (gross), depending on the candidate's competencies and experience
