In particular, they will be responsible for: operational and commercial management of the school

development of enrollments through planning and monitoring of KPI

welcoming and consulting families

coordination, motivation, and growth of the team

organization of initiatives and events in the local area

👉 The role involves direct responsibility for results and operational autonomy. 🔎 Essential requirements At least 2–3 years of experience in management roles (Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Commercial Manager or similar)

Habit of working towards objectives and KPI

Leadership and people management skills

Commercial attitude and customer orientation

English level B1/B2

⚠️ Profiles lacking management experience will not be taken into consideration. 🎁 What we offer Full-time permanent contract (38h per week, Monday–Saturday)

RAL €26,000 – 28,000 + variable bonus
