Your role

Supervise the daily operations of the center, guaranteeing academic and commercial excellence.

Lead and inspire a team by creating a motivating and inclusive environment.

Drive enrollment and loyalty through effective sales and marketing strategies.

Foster solid relationships with families and the local community, promoting our mission and values.

What you need Previous experience in education, retail, or team management (school director, store manager, assistant manager...).

Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

A proactive mindset oriented towards goals, customers, and building commercial relationships.

English level B2 or higher.

Criminal Record Certificate for Sexual Offenses with no prior convictions, mandatory by law to work with minors in Spain
