As a Business Lawyer, you are a true partner to the business teams and intervene within your scope, notably: You support teams in their projects by providing a clear, pragmatic, and solution-oriented legal perspective.
You draft, negotiate, and secure contracts, finding the right balance between legal stakes and business needs.
You support teams in managing pre-litigation and litigation within your scope.
You perform monitoring of regulatory developments and, above all, you translate them in a simple and concrete way for the relevant teams.
You contribute to the legal ops roadmap of the department (such as: digitalization, templates, processes, etc.).
Education and experience Graduate with a Master 2 in business law, distribution law, or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a lawyer, acquired in a company (ideally in retail, e-commerce, or consumer goods) and/or in a law firm, on issues of contract law, commercial law, and consumer law.
