Job Description

Your Tasks

• Maintenance and optimization of installed base data in our CRM and ERP systems
• Support in data cleansing and improving data quality
• Creation of analyses, dashboards, and reports with Microsoft Power BI
• Preparation of management presentations with Microsoft PowerPoint
• Support in the identification and evaluation of business opportunities in the service sector
• Collaboration on global projects as well as market and competitive analyses in cooperation with international teams

Your Profile

• Ongoing studies, for example in business administration, industrial engineering, business informatics, Data Analytics, or a comparable course of study
• Initial practical experience in the areas of Analytics, Pricing, Sales, Finance, Controlling, or Business Intelligence is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel as well as good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint
• Initial experience with CRM, ERP, or BI systems, such as Salesforce, Dynamics, SAP, or Power BI, is desirable
• Very good English skills
• Analytical, structured, and independent way of working as well as a proactive and reliable personality
