Job Description

As an Inhouse Consultant SAP SuccessFactors, you will take responsibility for central HR applications and actively shape the further development of our global HR system landscape. In this role, you will combine process consulting, solution design, and application responsibility to create modern and efficient HR processes. Together with international stakeholders, you will drive innovations, optimize existing solutions, and ensure the seamless integration of SAP SuccessFactors with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, Concur, and ServiceNow.

We are looking for a hands-on personality with a strong understanding of processes, a solution-oriented mindset, and enthusiasm for cloud-based SAP technologies.

** Your Tasks

• Central contact person for HR and business stakeholders regarding SAP SuccessFactors.
• Analysis, conception, and continuous optimization of HR processes and system solutions.
• Translation of functional requirements into sustainable and scalable IT solutions.
• Management of further developments, releases, tests, and user acceptance measures.
• Promotion of standardization, automation, and continuous process improvement.
• Coordination of external service providers and ensuring high-quality solution delivery.
• Support of process integration between SAP SuccessFactors, SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, Concur, and ServiceNow.
• Participation in governance, compliance, and operational processes for a stable system landscape.

Your Profile

• Several years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors, ideally in modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, or Learning.
• Sound understanding of end-to-end HR processes as well as the entire employee lifecycle.
• Experience in system configuration, testing, and process optimization.
• Affinity for SAP cloud solutions and integrated enterprise applications.
• Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to critically question requirements and implement them into practice-oriented solutions.
• Structured, proactive, and independent way of working.
• Very good English skills; German skills are an advantage.

• Serve as the primary contact for HR and business stakeholders regarding SAP SuccessFactors.
• Design, implement and continuously improve HR processes and system functionality.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable solutions.
• Manage enhancements, releases, testing activities and solution adoption.
• Drive standardization, automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate external partners and ensure high-quality solution delivery.
• Support process integration across SuccessFactors, SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, Concur and ServiceNow.
• Contribute to governance, compliance and stable application operations.

Your Profile

• Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation or Learning.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes and the employee lifecycle.
• Experience in system configuration, testing and process optimization.
• Affinity for SAP cloud solutions and integrated enterprise applications.
• Strong consulting and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to challenge requirements and transform them into practical solution designs.
• Structured, proactive and ownership-driven working style.
• Fluent English; German is beneficial.
