We are currently looking for:

Jr. Automotive Technical Support Technician | Advanced English | Hybrid

Salary: $20,400 gross monthly. Schedule: Monday to Friday 7am-4pm / 9am-6pm (rotating schedules). Modality: Hybrid 3 days office 2 Home office. Location: Benito Juárez, Ciudad de México, CDMX Contract type: Project-based - Indefinite temporality.

We are looking for people with technical training and foundations in electronics and hydraulics, interested in developing in an international environment.

Main activities:

• Collaborate directly with the company's Sales and Service teams, interacting with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM), distributor networks (including technicians, workshop managers, and warranty administrators), end users, and engineering professionals.
• Technical problem solving, warranty assessment, product support, and customer service for medium and heavy-duty truck and trailer systems.
• Interpret electrical and hydraulic diagrams and collaborate with a diverse group of industry experts.
• Provide support for the products managed by the company, which include pneumatic/hydraulic ABS systems, ADAS products, base brakes, air processing systems, vehicle suspension control systems, clutch controls, tire pressure monitoring systems, and other advanced vehicle systems.
• Attend to our customers through calls and emails in an effective and organized manner.

Requirements:

• Completed technical degree, incomplete, or recent graduate of a related technical degree.
• It is not necessary to be an engineer.
• Basic knowledge of electronics:
• Resistors
• Capacitors
• Diodes
• Basic knowledge of hydraulics:
• Valves
• Cylinders
• Pistons
• Ability to read and identify basic diagrams.
• Advanced conversational English is indispensable.
• Good communication skills.
• Confidence and security to communicate with different people.
• Service attitude and willingness to learn.
• Interest in developing in a technical and international environment.
