Your Mission

As Senior Consultant Bau, you will take responsibility for projects and sub-projects in the construction and infrastructure environment. You will manage topics independently, bring structure to complex tasks and ensure that projects are implemented efficiently and with high quality.

What you move:

• Management of sub-projects or smaller construction projects in the logistics and infrastructure environment
• Responsibility for deadlines, quality and project communication
• Structuring and coordination of project tasks and processes
• Contact person for customers at project and sub-project level
• Preparation of decision-making bases and support during escalations
• Development of implementable solutions based on analyses
• Moderation of coordination meetings and workshops with stakeholders
• Contribution to the further development of internal processes and methods

Your Profile

You are a professional who thinks strategically, acts pragmatically and enjoys shaping the future.

What you bring:

• Degree in the field of Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen Bau or comparable
• 3-5 years of experience in a project environment, ideally in a construction or infrastructure context
• Experience in managing projects or sub-projects
• Ability to structure complex topics and independently develop solutions
• Confident appearance when dealing with customers and stakeholders
• Experience in moderating coordination meetings and workshops
• Structured, analytical way of working and high implementation strength
• Proficient use of MS Office as well as ideally project or planning tools
• Very good English skills
• Willingness to travel - around 30% is a good guideline
