QHSE Manager (M/F) - Permanent Contract

We are looking for a QHSE Manager (M/F) on a permanent contract, within a rapidly growing industrial company.
Your main mission will be to drive the Quality Management System while ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety rules in order to guarantee the conformity of activities, customer satisfaction, and employee safety.
Mastery of English is indispensable to hold this position.
In this capacity, you will have to:
Quality Aspect:
- Plan, perform, and monitor internal audits
- Participate in final inspections
- Develop, control, and validate quality files before product delivery
- Supervise and support the Product Quality Technician in the development of their skills
- Drive, maintain, and evolve the QMS to guarantee its effectiveness
- Ensure the management, updating, and control of quality documentation
- Analyze internal, customer, and supplier non-conformities, then define corrective and preventive actions
Hygiene and Safety Aspect:
- Participate in the identification and assessment of professional risks and ensure the monitoring of associated action plans
- Contribute to the prevention of workplace accidents and implement actions aimed at reducing risky situations
- Guarantee the application of hygiene, safety, and HSE procedures across the entire site
- Support employees in order to develop a prevention culture

Education: Holder of at least a Bac+2 level degree in quality. Additional training in mechanics or fluid mechanics is a real asset.
Experience: You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position.
Hard Skills:
- Mastery of technical English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Mastery of office tools, an ERP, and quality documentary tools
- Knowledge of welding, metallurgy, and non-destructive testing (NDT) is a real asset
Soft Skills:
- You possess excellent interpersonal skills and a sense of customer service
- Rigor and autonomy are required
