Accounts Receivable Manager - Permanent Contract (M/F)

We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Manager (M/F) on a permanent contract, for an industrial company specializing in metallurgy.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will take charge of the company's sales administration.

Proficiency in technical English is indispensable to hold this position.

In this capacity, you will:

• Record and process customer orders in the information system
• Update price lists and ensure the follow-up of firm orders
• Check the compliance of invoices before order shipment
• Enter DDPs into the ERP and prepare the corresponding commercial offers
• Monitor the progress of DDPs and commercial proposals
• Participate in the creation of customer files
• Inform customers about the status of their requests and ensure their satisfaction
• Receive and transmit customer information
• Collect, structure, and analyze market and customer data
• Manage the administration of France and Export customer accounts, from order intake to final delivery
• Organize shipments by coordinating logistics documents and transport
• Act as an interface between the sales, accounting, and Supply Chain departments
• Monitor production progress, control deadlines, and supervise deliveries as well as dispute management
• Manage the collection of customer receivables in case of payment delays
• Analyze customer outstanding balances and coverage levels

Hard skills:

• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Knowledge of an additional language such as German or Italian would be a plus
• Proficiency in the ERP SAP
• Good knowledge of incoterms

Soft skills:

• Rigor and adaptability are required

Education: Holder of a Bac +2 level degree in commerce, business administration, or languages.

Experience: You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
