The Challenge A demanding industrial environment. Safety, quality, and performance stakes that cannot be managed from an Excel spreadsheet. The objective: to bring a true QHSE culture to life within an industrial organization, prevent risks before they become incidents, and ensure that quality requirements remain at the level expected by customers.

What you will concretely do You will manage Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment topics across a transverse industrial scope, with a dual responsibility: advancing the HSE culture and guaranteeing the mastery of quality requirements for customers. Prevent incidents and accidents by ensuring the deployment and monitoring of Health, Safety, and Environment standards. Coordinate prevention efforts and measure the effectiveness of HSE programs and practices implemented within the organization. Conduct HSE audits, analyze accidents and incidents, identify root causes, and manage corrective actions. Ensure compliance with applicable requirements and frameworks, particularly within the context of a certified organization or one engaged in a MASE approach. Ensure the follow-up of customer complaints and coordinate their processing until resolution. Support teams in identifying and assessing quality risks, integrating customer expectations and viewpoints. Drive the continuous improvement of the quality management system and contribute to regular process reviews in accordance with ISO 9001 requirements. Bring the QHSE culture to life daily by mobilizing teams around prevention, quality, and the search for solutions.

Profile sought:

Who you are You are experienced in industry in HSE, Quality, or QHSE roles. You have already operated in an environment where operational requirements are concrete: team safety, incident management, audits, customer complaints, process improvement. Your strength: you know how to move from the field to the management system. You are capable of analyzing a malfunction, searching for its real cause, and above all, driving the actions behind it. Experience in an industrial environment, ideally with a manufacturer or an installer in the electrical field. Mastery of audit processes, root cause analysis, and management of corrective actions. Good knowledge of quality management systems and ISO 9001 requirements. Knowledge of HSE frameworks and processes, notably MASE. Professional English is necessary to operate in an international environment.
