The position:

We are recruiting a Series Life Project Manager to lead the modernization and optimization of injection and assembly equipment within a production site located in the Normandy region.

Your mission consists of managing equipment renewal projects, change management, and production support, while guaranteeing internal customer satisfaction and compliance with sectoral quality standards.

In this capacity, you will be required to:

  • Structure and lead projects from their opening to their validation while respecting QCD (Quality, Cost, Delay) objectives;
  • Define technical specifications and coordinate all project activities via detailed planning;
  • Manage communication with Production teams and ensure the interface with various departments;
  • Organize and lead project reviews according to the established governance (NPI Stage gates);
  • Implement risk management plans and ensure the monitoring of performance indicators;
  • Apply and enforce continuous improvement best practices (5S, TPM, SMED) and BPF requirements.

Profile sought:

With an engineering background (Bac+4/5) or equivalent, you have approximately 5 years of experience in industrial project management, ideally in a regulated environment. You master project management (MS Project), have knowledge of injection/assembly processes, and possess a fluent level of English. You enjoy coordinating teams, managing technical complexity, and bringing projects to completion within tight deadlines.
