Join KALI GROUP, a company specializing in supporting industrial projects in a Life Sciences environment! We work with major pharmaceutical and biotechnological players to manage their most strategic investment projects: new works, new production lines, GMP compliance.

We are recruiting an HVAC & Utilities Project Manager to manage the technical packages of a project to set up a new pharmaceutical production line, as part of a New Works program in the Alsace region (Haut-Rhin). Demanding environment: ISO 8 cleanrooms, occasional Class A zones, GMP/BPF standards.

As the true conductor of your scope, you will manage your packages from A to Z - from estimation to handover - while ensuring cross-functional coordination with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.

  • Manage the installation of Air Handling Units (AHU) and the distribution of utilities (chilled water, process piping, industrial fluids);
  • Manage the contractual and purchasing dimension: supplier consultation, offer analysis, placing orders, invoice monitoring;
  • Coordinate co-activity on site: planning, progress monitoring, drafting prevention plans, and EHS risk assessment;
  • Ensure the cross-functional interface with Quality (QA), Production, Maintenance, and EHS to guarantee the GMP compliance of the project;
  • Lead project reporting: monthly management meetings, indicator monitoring, anticipation of deviations, and proposal of solutions;
  • Support the skill development of a junior engineer integrated into the project team.

Profile sought:

Education: Engineer or Master's degree (Bac+5) in process engineering, climate engineering, energy engineering, or industrial engineering.

Experience: Minimum 5 years in HVAC / Utilities project management, imperatively in a pharmaceutical or Life Sciences environment (BPF/GMP).

Key skills:

  • Mastery of HVAC and utilities technical packages in cleanrooms (ISO 8, Class A)
  • Solid understanding of project phases in pharma engineering (APS, APD, site monitoring, commissioning)
  • Experience in contractual management and multi-package / multi-stakeholder coordination
  • Ability to lead, synthesize, and communicate with management
  • Professional English required.
