European industry is transforming. The capital is there, the projects are too. But on the ground, the essential element is missing: the skills to run the lines. It is to respond to this context that Kali Group exists. We are a consulting firm 100% specialized in operational manufacturing. From industrialization to modernization, we solve the challenges imposed by factory complexity in Aeronautics, Nuclear, and Life Sciences. Our strength is our community. At Kali Group, every specialist is part of a collective of experts who share their feedback, methods, and solutions. You are never alone when facing a problem. When you are stuck on a subject, another member of the community has already solved it elsewhere. It is this collective intelligence that makes us different. Our ambition: To develop THE community of manufacturing specialists and become the European operational reference.

The position:

A large-scale project: designing, manufacturing, and commissioning automated and robotic lines intended for two airport platforms in the United States. The objective - to automate the entire flow of onboard trolley management, from reception to reconditioning - involves several sites in France before deployment across the Atlantic.

You will join the project from the development phase in France, and accompany it through to the ramp-up at the client site in the United States.

What you will concretely do

Phase 1 - Project appropriation / Toulouse / Rennes / Saint-Étienne

Understand the complete architecture of the line and the functioning of each sub-assembly. Participate in the development and initial testing. Identify and implement the first improvements.

Phase 2 - FAT / SAT Preparation / France

Finalize equipment development and perform functional tests. Identify and correct anomalies before shipment. Validate line performance and prepare SAT documentation. The objective: arrive at the client site with a reliable installation.

Phase 3 - Commissioning / Atlanta

Install and start up the line at the airport site. Debug, fine-tune, and support the ramp-up until full production speed is reached. Train operators and provide technical support during the startup phase.

Phase 4 - Commissioning / Houston

Reproduce and consolidate the work completed in Atlanta at the second American site.

Profile sought:

Technician or engineer training in automation, robotics, or electrotechnics - the level of training matters less than what you have done in the field.

Ideally 5 years of experience, but 3 years are sufficient if your experience is centered on startup, automation, and industrial robotics.

You master Siemens PLCs and Fanuc robotics - both are indispensable for this project.

During line startup, you are comfortable with the unexpected: a setting that does not converge, a flow that does not pass as expected during tests - you find it, you correct it, you move forward.

English B2 minimum - you will be in direct interface with American client teams.

Mobility is essential: Toulouse, Saint-Étienne, Rennes initially, then Atlanta and Houston starting in January.
