The position may also involve training for the university staff as well as commissioned training. The person we are looking for

The University Teacher is required to have a Master's degree in oral communication or another suitable field of communication, pedagogical training, and extensive experience in university-level (oral) communication teaching, as well as evidence of developing research-based teaching. Success in the position requires extensive and diverse experience in planning, implementing, and evaluating interaction and communication training for adults. Additionally, the ability to plan and organize one's own work and diverse teamwork skills, such as problem-solving and negotiation skills, are required. The position also requires diverse expertise and understanding of technology-mediated communication.

An advantage is considered to be diverse language skills, experience working in multilingual and multidisciplinary teams, and experience with community and blended learning. Evidence of developing and maintaining one's own expertise is considered an advantage for the applicant.

The duties and eligibility requirements of the University Teacher are specified in the university's administrative regulations and language proficiency guidelines. The applicant is required to have good English language skills and the ability to work in multilingual teaching teams. A six-month probationary period is used when filling the position.

Remuneration is based on the demands of the tasks and personal work performance in accordance with the universities' remuneration system. The specific salary component for the University Teacher position is determined according to the demand level OV05 for teaching and research staff. Your salary will be approximately 3700-4200 euros per month, depending on your previous expertise and experience.
