Accounting Manager for Convini

As Accounting Manager, you report to the CFO and are responsible for ensuring a correct, efficient, and quality-assured accounting process for the group. You lead and develop the finance team while having an operational and business-oriented role with a large mandate to influence. Your main areas of responsibility include:

• Personnel responsibility for the accounting team as well as management and development of employees.
• Responsibility for monthly and annual closings, annual reports, and financial reporting.
• Simple group accounting, consolidation, and reporting to management and the CFO.
• Responsibility for balance sheet forecasts, cash flow analyses, and long-term financial planning.
• Development and streamlining of accounting processes, systems, and internal controls.
• Participating in integration work during acquisitions and the development of the group's financial systems.
• Responsibility for tax-related issues, VAT, AGI, and regulatory reporting.

Who are you? We are looking for you who have an academic degree in finance and several years of experience in qualified accounting work. You have good experience with closings, annual reports, and financial reporting, and you feel confident in a leadership role.

We also believe you have:

• Experience in group accounting and consolidation.
• Experience in cash flow analyses and balance sheet forecasts.
• A good understanding of accounting rules and financial reporting.
• Very good knowledge of Excel.
• Strong system understanding and an interest in digitalization and process development.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English.
• Experience with Microsoft Business Central is a merit.
