Our client located in Châlons-en-Champagne, is looking for a Responsable de Maintenance to supervise operations and improve the factory facilities. The position requires at least 5 years of experience in the industry and leadership skills.

The ideal candidate must master technical English and be able to lead a team. Responsibilities include managing maintenance operations and continuous improvement projects. CDI with on-call duties.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive and curative maintenance operations. Organize and supervise the maintenance team. Define the preventive maintenance schedule. Manage the maintenance operations budget. Participate in continuous improvement projects.
