Production Manager – Printing House (M/F)

Daily tasks

• Organizing and supervising the ongoing work of the printing department
• Production planning and coordinating order fulfillment
• Managing a team of printers, operators, and auxiliary workers
• Assigning tasks and supervising their correct and timely execution
• Quality control of prints and ensuring timely fulfillment of orders

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position Ability to effectively organize and coordinate team work Independence, responsibility, and decisiveness in action English language proficiency enabling free communication Ability to work under time pressure and very good work organization
