Human Resources Technician (m/f/x)

The focus will be on supporting all aspects of human resources management, from recruitment and selection to administrative personnel management, ensuring process compliance and efficiency.

Functions:

• Partnership Management and Follow-up: Serve as a contact bridge between the company and business partners, ensuring close follow-up of internal and temporary workers and clarifying their daily doubts;
• Processing and Timesheets: Daily/monthly organization and verification of timesheets for payroll processing;
• Administrative Processes and IEFP: Direct contact with IEFP regarding ongoing administrative processes, internship management, and associated documentation;
• Recruitment and Integration: Support recruitment and selection processes (conducting interviews) and coordination of admission and onboarding stages for new employees;
• Document Management: Management, updating, and preparation of information and documentation necessary for contracts, admissions, and other HR administrative processes;
• General Support: Continuous support to the team in various operational HR needs that arise daily.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2 to 3 years of proven experience in the Human Resources area;
• Personal Skills: High capacity for adaptation, autonomy, proactivity, and rigor in organization;
• Mixed Profile: Strong administrative orientation combined with ease and enjoyment in human contact and people follow-up;
• Languages: Functional knowledge of English;
• Attitude: Proactivity to assume responsibility in daily life and resolve operational issues effectively.
