Norwegian Customer Service Agent in Budapest

Reference: COBU We have the job for you, we are now seeking customer service agents for one of our clients in Budapest. About the jobs: We are looking for you who want to work in first-line support for Norwegian-speaking customers. You will be expected to provide good and professional customer service, and you will be the first point of contact if the customer has a problem. It is therefore important that you provide good help and are skilled at documenting incoming requests from customers. The team you will work in works on exciting projects and provides customer service in several different languages. We can offer:

Responsibilities:

Handle questions from customers via telephone, e-mail, and chat

Be the first contact with the customer

Be the link between the customer and the group that will solve the problem

Take responsibility, keep the customer updated and informed, and follow up on ongoing requests.

We are looking for you who:

Speak fluent Norwegian and English

Have experience in customer service. If you also have experience from an IT support position, this is an advantage, but not a requirement.

Have a desire to learn

Have good communication skills, both written and oral

Are flexible, open to new challenges, and problem-solving

Salary:

Salary according to competence

Relocation package: They will pay for flights and accommodation for the first few weeks, but you will have to arrange the booking yourself. Afterwards, you will be reimbursed for this by the company.
