YOUR ROLE

In your role as a customer service representative, you will work for the most popular streaming service in the Nordics. You will manage all digital channels such as incoming calls, email, social media, and chat. Your mission will be to provide customers with expert help in these areas. You will have a lot of your own responsibility, but you will never be left without support. This is thanks to the strong team spirit and high engagement from both colleagues and leaders.

YOUR SUPERPOWER

In addition, we see that you are:

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Fluent in Norwegian, both spoken and written
• You must be over 18 years old and a high school diploma is a requirement.

Employment: Position: CSR (Customer Service Representative) Working hours: Scheduled working hours, opening hours Monday - Sunday, 10:00 - 22:00 Employment percentage: 80%

Type of employment: Temporary employment, 6 months probation period.
