for the position of Professional Associate for project implementation -
- 1 executor, for a fixed term,*for a duration of 2 years, in connection with the implementation of Project 101216203 — LIFE24-NAT-HR-Refresh Fish LIFE, with a probationary period of up to 6 months**
Requirements:
- completed undergraduate and graduate university studies or integrated undergraduate and graduate university studies or specialist graduate professional studies in natural sciences, economics, or technical professions, or a completed integrated undergraduate and graduate university study of law
- one year of professional experience,
- advantage: completed education on EU funds,
- active knowledge of the English language,
- knowledge of working on a PC,
- driving license category B,
- probationary period up to 6 months.
Candidates are required to submit:
- a hand-signed application,
- a CV with data on education and a description of previous work,
- proof of professional qualifications (copy of diploma/certificate),
- proof of total work experience (confirmation or electronic record of employment status (e-radna knjižica) issued by the Croatian Pension Insurance Institute),
- proof of English language knowledge (copy of certificate, index, or certificate of completed course or a hand-signed statement on English language knowledge),
- proof of knowledge of working on a PC (copy of certificate, index, or certificate of completed course or a hand-signed statement on knowledge of working on a PC),
- proof of driving license category B (copy of a valid driving license),
- a certificate from the competent court that no criminal proceedings are being conducted against the candidate, not older than 6 months from the date of the job posting announcement,
- a certificate of completed education on EU funds (also applies to EU projects).
In the application for the public job posting, it is necessary to state the personal data of the applicant (first name, date and place of birth, residential address, telephone number and, if possible, email address and the name of the job position they are applying for) which, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) and the Act on the Implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation („Narodne novine broj“ 42/18), will be processed exclusively for the purposes of conducting the job posting.
Documents are submitted as copies, and the selected candidate is obliged to present the original requested documents before signing the Employment Contract.

The employee is hired for a fixed term, for a duration of 2 years, in connection with the implementation of Project 101216203 — LIFE24-NAT-HR-Refresh Fish LIFE, with full-time employment, with a probationary period of up to 6 months.

Candidates who refer to the right of advantage in employment in accordance with Article 9 of the Act on Professional Rehabilitation and Employment of Persons with Disabilities („Narodne novine“ number 157/13, 152/14, 39/18 and 32/20) must, along with the application for the job posting, attach, in addition to the proof of meeting the required conditions from the job posting, the appropriate public document on disability based on which the person can be entered into the register of employed persons with disabilities, as well as proof showing how the employment relationship with the last employer ended (decision, ruling, contract, agreement, etc.).
A regular application is considered an application that contains all the data and attachments specified in the job posting. A person who has not submitted a timely and regular application or does not meet the formal requirements of the public job posting is not considered a candidate applied for the job posting.
With candidates who meet the formal requirements of the job posting for the given position, a preliminary check of the candidates' knowledge and abilities will be conducted through an oral interview and/or written testing, and knowledge of the English language will be checked.
Candidates are obliged to undergo the check of knowledge and abilities. A candidate who has not attended the preliminary check of knowledge and abilities is considered to have withdrawn their application for the public job posting and is no longer considered a candidate.
The time for conducting the check of knowledge and abilities will be published on the website of the Public Institution Priroda Šibensko-kninske županije https://priroda-skz.hr/ at least five days before the check is held.
