As part of the Internship in the Supply Chain department, you will handle customer service regarding the fulfillment of received orders. On a daily basis, you will also be in constant contact with the finance, sales, and accounting teams. Your other tasks: active cooperation with the Logistics Operator, supporting the Customer Service department in daily work to ensure high quality and punctuality standards, maintaining good relationships with the customer, processing customer complaints, updating customer data in the system, performing accounting tasks within the customer service process.
For this role as an Intern, we are looking for a person who possesses the following skills and experience: good knowledge and fluency in Excel, analytical skills and the ability to work under time pressure, experience in customer service and knowledge of SAP is welcome, availability of 40 hours per week, knowledge of English (e.g., B1), willingness to work in a multicultural environment.
