I. TOOL TRANSITION & IMPLEMENTATION

  • Participate in user training and develop practical expertise on the new planning tool before go-live.
  • Support the Demand Planning team during the go-live phase: data validation, parallel runs, escalation of incidents to the Key User France.
  • Ensure the continuity of forecast quality during the transition by maintaining deliverables from the old system until the new tool is fully operational.
  • Document key process changes and contribute to the creation of local work instructions.

II. ADOPTION OF WORKING METHODS & PROCESS IMPROVEMENT

  • Support the adoption of statistical forecasting for the Professional network: validate baseline accuracy, configure alert thresholds, and implement management by exception routines.
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities: building blocks, integrated reporting, forecast traceability.
  • Improve forecast management at the customer level by exploiting the new granularities offered by the tool.
  • Adapt IBP cycle preparation and S&OP inputs to the capabilities of the new planning environment.
  • Report progress and adoption KPIs to the perimeter manager.

III. OPERATIONAL SUPPORT ON THE PROFESSIONAL NETWORK

  • Ensure operational support for demand planning for the Professional/AFH portfolio during the transition period.
  • Prepare forecast consensus meetings (M2) and contribute to the quality of inputs for the S&OP cycle.
  • Prepare and co-facilitate the weekly S&OE meeting.
  • Support the wholesaler forecasting process: preparation of weekly meetings, variance analysis, alignment with regional Key Account Managers.
  • Manage external suppliers / third party: update forecasts and create purchase orders.
  • Ensure fulfillment monitoring for professional products: drive product availability, monitor alerts, and maintain the service level at the target.
  • Contribute to portfolio simplification based on ABC/XYZ segmentation: identify candidates for rationalization and implement simplified forecasting methods.

Profile:

  • Higher education (Bac+4/5) in Supply Chain, Logistics, Management, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
  • First experience or significant internship in Demand Planning, S&OP, data analysis, or Supply Chain, ideally in FMCG.
  • Mastery of Excel (Pivot Tables, data manipulation). Power BI is a plus.
  • Experience with planning tools (SAP APO, OMP, or equivalent) is an asset.
  • Knowledge of statistical forecasting models (exponential smoothing, regression, seasonality) is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Rigorous, autonomous, capable of managing multiple priorities in a rapidly evolving environment.
  • Good command of professional English, both written and spoken.
