Python Developer

Work location: Warsaw (Hybrid) 1-2 days per month from the office, the remaining time remotely

Start: ASAP (max. 1 month notice period)

Form of cooperation: B2B with ITFS

Rate: 90-114 PLN/h + VAT (without paid leave)

Industry: Polish bank

Recruitment process: short interview with ITFS (approx. 15 min) ➡ 1 technical interview with the Client ➡ decision

Daily tasks

• Implementation of backend services, API, and system components
• Data processing (ETL/ELT), integration with databases and external systems
• Development of automation tools and scripts supporting business processes
• Building and maintaining analytical solutions and integration with BI systems
• Optimization of application performance and data processing
• Participation in code review and ensuring high code quality
• Collaboration with analysts, architects, and DevOps teams

Requirements

• Min. 2 years of experience in software development using Python (with particular emphasis on new versions)
• Very good knowledge of advanced topics in the field of asynchronicity
• Practical experience working with FastAPI
• Experience in the area of data processing and API design and integration
• Knowledge of SQL and working with relational databases
• Knowledge of the Git version control system and basic knowledge of CI/CD
• Understanding of business requirements and the ability to collaborate efficiently in a team

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of data analysis and processing tools, e.g., Pandas
• Basic knowledge of cloud environments
