C#/.NET Developer

Work location: Kraków/Wrocław - hybrid work with 3 days of office work per week

Start: According to availability

Form of cooperation: B2B with ITFS

Rate: up to 160 PLN net + VAT/h - depending on experience

Recruitment process: telephone interview with ITFS (approx. 20 min.) → preliminary technical interview → 2 technical interviews with the end client → decision

Daily tasks

• Designing and developing software based on C# and .NET technology,
• Creating microservices architectures and solutions based on Event-Driven Architecture,
• Designing and implementing cloud applications on the Azure platform,
• Building high-performance, distributed, low-latency systems,
• Performance optimization and system scaling,
• Working with Oracle, Sybase, and Postgres databases,
• Writing unit and integration tests and test automation,
• Code Review and ensuring good engineering practices and clean code,
• Containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes tools,
• Creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines in the GitLab environment,
• Providing production support and ensuring operational reliability.

Requirements

Requirements:

Min. 10 years of experience in an identical or similar position, Experience in the banking / financial industry, Very good knowledge of C# and the .NET platform, Knowledge of design patterns, microservices architecture, and Event-Driven Architecture, Ability to write clean code, refactor, and very good problem-solving skills, Experience working with relational databases ( Oracle, Sybase, Postgres ), Practical experience in creating cloud applications on the Azure platform, Ability to design application architecture and software solutions, Experience in designing high-performance, low-latency distributed systems, Ability to optimize performance and scalability engineering, Experience in unit testing, integration testing, and test automation, Practical knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes tools, Experience in implementing CI/CD processes using GitLab, English language proficiency at a minimum of C1 level.

Nice to have:

Knowledge of Python in the context of analytical applications and automation, Experience working with Splunk, Grafana, and App Insights tools, Knowledge of RAG, MCP, and AI agent creation topics.
