In your role as Sales Manager (m/w/d), you will develop targeted sales strategies and convincing Value Propositions for potential new customers. The focus is on the successful creation, presentation, and negotiation of offers. Through professional and transparent cooperation with the Operation as well as the sustainable development of positive customer relationships, you will contribute significantly to the growth of ISS Austria in new customer business.
We are looking for communicative, dynamic, and independent personalities with strong sales skills, persuasiveness, and negotiation skills, who open up new business opportunities with commitment and entrepreneurial thinking and enrich our team.
You will manage your sales territory throughout Austria and will be on the move flexibly. We therefore require a willingness to travel for day trips as well as occasional overnight stays.
In addition to a responsible and varied activity, we offer you extensive training, very good public accessibility, a company car for private use, as well as the possibility to work in a state-of-the-art office in Vienna or Linz and in the Home Office.
WHAT YOU CAN IMPRESS US WITH
- Completed higher commercial/technical education or university degree (Facility Management or BWL is an advantage)
- Relevant sales experience and implementation of services
- Strong entrepreneurial thinking and very good negotiation skills
- Very good English skills
- Good MS - Office and CRM knowledge
- Professional, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
- Persuasiveness and assertiveness
- Team player with integrity and social competence
- Willingness to travel
