We are currently looking for 1 Sales Manager (m/w/d) with passion for sales and persuasiveness. In the role of Sales Manager (m/w/d), you will develop targeted sales strategies and compelling Value Propositions for potential new customers. The focus is on the successful creation, presentation, and negotiation of offers. Through professional and transparent cooperation with Operations as well as the sustainable development of positive customer relationships, you will contribute significantly to the growth of ISS Österreich in new business.

We are looking for communicative, dynamic, and independent personalities with strong sales skills, persuasiveness, and negotiation skills, who will unlock new business opportunities with commitment and entrepreneurial thinking and enrich our team.

You will manage your sales territory throughout Austria and will be traveling flexibly. We therefore require a willingness to travel for day trips as well as occasional overnight stays.

In addition to a responsible and varied activity, we offer you extensive training, very good public accessibility, a company car for private use, as well as the possibility to work in a state-of-the-art office in Wien or Linz and from a Home Office.

WHAT YOU CAN IMPRESS US WITH

• Completed higher commercial/technical education or university degree (Facility Management or BWL is an advantage)
• Relevant sales experience and implementation of services
