Who we are: We are ISPROX, a Human Resources Consultancy specialized in talent acquisition for business organizations. On this occasion, we are looking for key professionals to collaborate with our client. About our client: Our client is a leading international firm in the Heat Transfers manufacturing sector for the textile and footwear industry. Applications in various fabrics, logos, information, sizes, footwear templates, tennis balls, fleece, etc. Job Objective: Ensure the viability and correct graphic preparation of pre-production designs for subsequent laser and acid etching on steel, ensuring they meet production technical requirements and client specifications, while maintaining fluid communication between the Canada headquarters and the Querétaro plant. Key Responsibilities (Main Activities): Design adjustment and adaptation: Modify art files using Adobe Illustrator according to the specifications and needs of each client.
Review and quality control: Thoroughly evaluate received designs to ensure they are viable and suitable for the production process.
Laser etching execution: Operate and carry out the etching process using laser technology on steel surfaces.
Acid etching execution: Perform etching using chemical/acid techniques on steel materials.
Pre-production inventory control: Record and continuously track designs and supplies that have been etched.
International communication liaison: Maintain fluid interaction in English (via email and videoconferences) with clients and the headquarters (HQ) team in Canada.
Process improvement detection: Learn the use of the press to identify failures, optimize times, and find improvement opportunities in the pre-production phase. Profile Requirements (MUST for the vacancy): Mandatory professional degree: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or a related professional area.
Mastery of specialized software: Competent handling and use of Adobe Illustrator for graphic editing and adjustment.
English language level (60%): Sufficient written and spoken ability to establish operational communication with the headquarters in Canada and clients.
Technical competence in steel etching: Understanding and practical/theoretical knowledge of laser etching and acid etching techniques.
Management of administrative tools: Operational mastery of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Availability for on-site and hybrid work: Availability to attend the plant in Querétaro for operations in Mexico and remote coordination via email/videoconference.
Willingness for training and learning: Attitude and ability to learn the use of the industrial press to identify improvement opportunities in the pre-production area. Offered: Monthly base salary: Between $10,000 and $12,000 MXN.
Contract type: Formal full-time employment (Full Time).
Training program: Paid training from entry to learn etching processes and press operation (Will train applicant).
Mixed/remote work modality: On-site work at the Querétaro plant combined with remote collaboration with the Canada headquarters.
International work environment: Executive exposure and continuous coordination with the corporate office in Canada (HQ Canada).
Strategic work location: Fixed base at the company's facilities within Querétaro.
