MISSIONS
Responsible for traveler reception and field operations Ensure check-ins: physical reception, handing over keys, presenting the accommodation and instructions. Perform photographic condition reports upon arrival and departure. Manage check-outs requiring in-person handovers. Ensure the tracking of keys, keyboxes, and connected locks. Monitor the condition of the accommodations and immediately report any incident to the Customer Service team. Provide field support in case of traveler emergencies.
Real Estate and Transactions Prospect for properties for sale intended for rental investment (Paris, Île-de-France, and throughout France). Conduct daily monitoring of listings and off-market opportunities. Prepare estimates and profitability studies (gross yield, net yield, short-term potential). Organize and conduct viewings. Compile buyer files and ensure follow-up until signing. Feed and maintain the buyer pipeline (qualification, follow-ups, reporting).
Development of Structures Prospect for new owners to enrich the management portfolio (phoning, field, networking, platforms). Prepare owner appointments: property profitability study, income simulation, sales pitch. Participate in appointments alongside management. Ensure the bridge between the two activities: every investor buyer is offered a management mandate. Contribute to regulatory monitoring regarding short-term rentals (change of use, registration numbers, evolutions by municipality). Structure and maintain internal tools: CRM, property database, mandate tracking. Participate in thinking about the development of new offers and the launch of our ancillary activities.
PROFILE SOUGHT
You are the ideal candidate if: You are comfortable speaking and are not afraid to pick up the phone or approach a stranger. You are organized, reliable, and keep your commitments? In this position, a delay at a check-in is noticed immediately. You are autonomous and resourceful: you will be given a framework, not a script. Mastery of English is necessary (our travelers are predominantly international). An interest in rental investment and numbers is a real plus. Mobility in Paris and Île-de-France is indispensable. Occasional availability in the evening and on weekends for arrivals. You are eligible for training from Bac+2 to Bac+5 (degree validated or in the process of being validated).
