Finance Manager required for a leading software house in Givatayim.

We are looking for an experienced, thorough, and mission-driven Finance Manager to lead the financial and administrative field in the organization. The role includes comprehensive responsibility for the financial system, management of controls, working with external and internal parties, management, and continuous improvement of workflows.

Financial Management and Control:

• Internal management of expenses and revenues, control over vendor payments, fund transfers, management and monitoring of collections.

Reporting and Reconciliations:

• Performing bank reconciliations, preparing regular financial reports, and cash flow control.

Payroll and Human Resources:

• Payroll control, close work with the Human Resources department, and continuous work with an external payroll accountant.

Working with External Parties:

• Ongoing synchronization and direct interface with an accountant and an external auditing CPA.

Optimization, Controls, and Budget:

• Improvement of processes and financial controls, management of the office administration, and control over the ongoing office budget.

Professional Experience and Requirements:

• Proven experience in finance management – Required.
• Experience as an accountant up to the balance sheet level – Required.
• High level of English (spoken and written) – Required.
• Experience working with Machple software – Required.
• High proficiency in Excel / data tables and complex cross-referencing – Required.

Additional Skills and Advantages:

• Experience as a payroll accountant / background in payroll accounting – Significant advantage.
• Previous managerial experience – Advantage.
• Experience working with XERO software – Advantage.
