BIM Modeler – Civil 3D | Data Center Project

We are IPLAN GROUP, a company linked to engineering services developed fundamentally in the sectors of Electric Energy, Water and Environment, Urbanism and Mobility, and Industry. We are part of VULCAIN ENGINEERING, an international French group of engineering companies with a multisectoral approach, working in the various key areas of infrastructure and energy. We are currently looking for a BIM Modeler specialized in Civil 3D to participate in an important Data Center project, linked to civil works and building foundations. Location: Zaragoza

Main functions: Modeling and development of civil works projects using Civil 3D.

Preparation and updating of models and technical documentation.

Development of plans, surfaces, earthworks, and urbanization elements.

Coordination of the BIM model with the rest of the project disciplines.

Support to the engineering team during the different phases of the project.

Minimum requirements: Higher Technician in civil works projects or a degree in civil engineering, public works engineering, or similar.

Minimum 3 years of experience in construction, civil works, or infrastructure projects.

Demonstrable experience with Civil 3D and BIM methodology (a technical test will be conducted).

Experience in foundations, industrial buildings, or Data Center projects is valued.

English B2/C1 (mandatory)

Ability to work in a team and multidisciplinary coordination.

Availability to work in Zaragoza.
