Structural Calculation Engineer

We are IPLAN GROUP, a company linked to engineering services developed fundamentally in the sectors of Electric Energy, Water and Environment, Urbanism and Mobility, and Industry. We are part of VULCAIN ENGINEERING, a French international group of engineering companies with a multisectoral approach, working in the different key areas of infrastructure and energy. Currently, we are looking for a Calculation Engineer, with extensive experience in the design and calculation of structures in Power Generation Plant projects. Locations: Madrid and Bilbao English level: B2/C1 (mandatory). Functions and Responsibilities: Performing civil and structural calculations (steel and reinforced concrete structures, including connections, base plates, rack calculations, and industrial warehouses).

Preparation of detailed calculation reports and essential technical specifications.

Design of shallow and deep foundations.

Regular use of SAP2000 (highly valued).

Multidisciplinary coordination with other engineering teams and technical support.

Control of regulatory compliance and project specifications.

Support or participation in team management, depending on experience.

Preparing calculation reports for everything described above.

Review of construction drawings, together with drafters and the design area. Requirements Degree or master's in Ingeniería de Caminos, canales y puertos, Civil Engineering, or similar.

Demonstrable experience of +4 years in civil/structural engineering, especially performing structural designs and calculations.

Experience in structural calculation software (SAP2000, Robot, CYPE, or similar) and BIM environment (Revit Structure).
