Technical Director

For over 40 years, IOTA Group has been supporting its clients by providing specialized technical skills for complex international projects, particularly in the oil and gas and energy sectors. For CSLPi, IOTA is looking for an experienced Technical Director.

Responding to calls for tenders and developing technical and financial offers. Feasibility studies for projects and cost estimation. Steering pre-project studies in coordination with design offices. Management of budgets, schedules, and financial monitoring of business affairs. Preparation of quotes, cost optimization, and ensuring project profitability. Technical monitoring of construction sites and support to works teams. Participation in the selection of subcontractors and quality control of achievements. Client relationship management, follow-up meetings, and handling potential claims. Reporting and technical monitoring of sector innovations. Application and promotion of HSE rules: risk analysis, management of non-conformities, monitoring of corrective actions, and compliance with safety procedures. Supervision, coordination, and development of teams: activity planning, coaching, training, and employee evaluation.

Great technical expertise in civil engineering and earthworks, Field knowledge (execution), Good knowledge of financial management, Knowledge of administrative procedures for prospecting, monitoring, and responding to calls for tenders, particularly those involving public procurement, Good knowledge of project management, Mastery of industrial drawing techniques and software (AUTOCAD, or equivalent), Mastery of construction software and the Office pack, Mastery of technical and commercial English, Knowledge of Internal Regulations, Very good mastery of quality standards and hygiene, safety, and environmental rules.
