As Medical Chief, you will be responsible for leading and supervising the branch's medical team, working together with the administrative staff to contribute to the growth and development of the unit. Likewise, you will be in charge of the medical care of patients with fertility problems, providing high-quality consultations with a comprehensive, ethical approach centered on the needs of each patient.

Main Activities:

• Provide feedback and evaluate the doctors under your charge.
• Develop and grow your team.
• Provide the best experience to patients focused on their reproductive health care.
• Provide excellent infertility diagnostic consultations, with human treatment and focused on each patient.
• Make accurate diagnoses and guide patients so they can make the best decision.
• Maintain constant and warm communication, adapting to both in-person and online communication channels.
• Provide timely follow-up to patients during the first trimester of pregnancy.

Qualifications:

• Gynecologists with studies in Assisted Reproduction.
• Current Gynecology Board Certification.
• Fluent English to provide consultations in English.
• Availability of schedule from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4 pm and 2 Saturdays per month.
