IÉSEG is recruiting for the Direction de l'Organisation des Systèmes d'Information, on the Lille campus, a(n): ERP Administrator (M/F)

Reporting to the Responsable de domaine ERP & DATA, you are the functional and technical administration referent for the ERP. You ensure the availability, performance, and security of business applications, while supporting users in their daily use and in adopting system evolutions. In this capacity, you are notably the guarantor of the quality and evolution of ERP flows and intervene in support activities, configuration, development, and IS evolution projects.

Your missions:

Functional and technical administration

  • Administer, configure, and maintain the ERP and its modules,
  • Ensure support, incident tracking, and user requests,
  • Support users and maintain documentation,
  • Collect business needs and propose improvements.

Configuration, data, and development

  • Perform ERP configurations and evolutions,
  • Design and maintain SQL reports and queries,
  • Coordinate specific developments and interfaces with technical teams and service providers.

IS projects and evolutions

  • Participate in ERP evolution and integration projects,
  • Act as the link between business teams, the DOSI, and service providers,
  • Contribute to the definition of needs, risk analysis, and the implementation of solutions.

Your Profile:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP administration and/or evolution, with a good mastery of functional and technical challenges,
  • Solid skills in ERP, SQL Server, and databases, as well as in configuration and development monitoring; knowledge of Python would be a plus,
  • Mastery of ticketing, reporting, and project management tools,
  • Good understanding of business processes and ability to analyze needs,
  • Professional English, both written and spoken.
