ABOUT THE STRUCTURE:

IDESP aims to understand the development and evolution of chronic diseases that affect more than 30% of the population and account for 80% of healthcare expenditures. To do this, the joint research unit uses a new approach that takes into account the environment in a broad sense and care trajectories through multimodal and exposomic markers (clinical, biological, behavioral, psychological, social, environmental) and relies on the power of mathematics dedicated to big data. Its purpose is to design optimized care and prevention pathways for relevant patient targets. Allergic and respiratory diseases, diabetes, obesity, kidney diseases, vascular diseases, inflammatory rheumatism, and cancers feed the initial modeling.

MAIN MISSION:

The recruited person's main mission will be to organize the collection, management, preparation of data, and their statistical processing using the statistical and IT tools best suited to the context of a study, and also to develop the sequence of processing, from the choice of existing methods to the analysis of results and their dissemination.
