Your tasks:

• Ensuring quality requirements in project management for power plant projects in large-scale plant engineering
• Development, implementation, and monitoring of project-related quality plans as well as the processes required for the quality management system
• Support in the selection and evaluation of suppliers as well as conducting factory acceptance tests
• Accompanying and monitoring the assembly and commissioning processes with regard to compliance with defined quality standards
• Creation and maintenance of a project-specific quality management manual as well as quality assurance plans
• Creation, review, and tracking of inspection and test plans (ITPL) at suppliers
• Close cooperation with project managers, Primavera-P6 planners, engineering teams, customers, external partners, as well as responsible supervisory authorities (ZÜS) to ensure quality goals

Your profile:

• Completed technical apprenticeship / training / HTL in areas such as mechanical engineering, process engineering, industrial engineering, or similar
• Several years of experience in plant engineering or in a project-oriented environment, ideally with a focus on quality topics
• Understanding of relevant standards and regulations and their practical application to components in plant engineering
• Experience in project management as well as in working with interdisciplinary teams
• Familiarity with controlling, scheduling, and project execution processes
• Strong teamwork skills and high willingness to help
• Very good English skills, both written and spoken
• Proficient use of common MS-Office tools
• Willingness to travel up to 35%
• Advantageous: Good understanding of quality processes and methods as well as understanding of electrical, mechanical, and thermodynamic processes in energy production
