YOUR TASKS

• You inform and clarify for physicians as well as medical professionals (especially KOLs) the science behind new drugs, medical devices, and the associated disease/therapy areas.
• You are responsible for providing non-promotional medical, scientific, and educational support by presenting clinical data, developing and implementing medical education initiatives, and providing support for research and development in Germany.
• You develop and identify strong relationships with leading personalities in the field of oncology to promote scientific exchange between clinicians and our client for the benefit of patients and to create awareness and understanding of the product/therapeutic area.
• You screen therapy trends and other developments in the therapeutic environment and pass these on to the relevant internal teams, and furthermore act as a scientific contact person for the field force.
• You represent our client at congresses and set up appropriate training for the relevant stakeholders.
• You ensure that all activities carried out are in full compliance with local laws, requirements, and national codes.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• You have a completed degree in medicine or natural sciences, ideally with a doctorate, and sound professional experience in the Life Sciences industry as a Medical Science Liaison Manager.
• You bring experience in clinical research, preferably in the field of oncology/hematology, and are able to process specialist literature and pass it on to third parties through your scientific mindset and skills.
• You have experience in the area of opinion leader management as well as in building networks between customers and institutions (e.g., professional societies and associations).
• You possess the ability to lead projects as well as to design and moderate medical and scientific events.
• You bring a high degree of customer orientation, strong communication skills, teamwork skills, a confident appearance, willingness to travel, as well as fluent English skills.
