Where can your experience take you? We are looking for a Business Manager – Audio to lead the commercial and technical strategy of the audio product portfolio for an Important Multinational Company, driving its development, innovation, competitiveness, and profitability in Panamá and Latinoamérica. A position that connects market needs with the creation and evolution of products, from conception to launch.

What will be your main challenges? Design and implement commercial strategies to maximize sales and profitability of the Audio category.

Lead the complete product development cycle, from concept to testing, production, and launch.

Identify market trends, consumer needs, and innovation opportunities.

Collaborate with Engineering, R&D, and Manufacturing teams to develop competitive products.

Negotiate with strategic clients, distributors, and suppliers.

Define development and marketing budgets, monitor costs, and evaluate return on investment.

Develop pricing, positioning, and portfolio management strategies.

Coordinate marketing and branding initiatives to strengthen the category's presence.

Train commercial teams on technical features and competitive advantages of the products.

What experience and knowledge are we looking for? University degree in Ingeniería Electrónica, Telecomunicaciones, Sonido, Sistemas, or related fields.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial and strategic management.

Indispensable experience in mass consumption and a track record in the electronics industry.

Knowledge of product management and its life cycle.

Experience in financial analysis, cost management, profitability, and P&L.

Intermediate/advanced Excel and advanced English.

Knowledge of ERP systems, CRM, and project management tools will be valued.

Postgraduate training in Marketing, Sales, or Product Management will be valued.
