SUPPLIER QUALITY ENGINEER

Ingeteam, a leading company specialized in electrical engineering and the development of electrical equipment, motors, generators, and frequency converters, is looking to incorporate a Supplier Project Quality Engineer for its facilities in Beasain.

Mission To guarantee that suppliers comply with the agreed quality specifications in terms of time and form, ensuring the correct execution of inspections, documentation, and improvement actions throughout the supply cycle.

Functions

• Supervise and follow up on the inspection and test programs (ITP/PPI) of suppliers, ensuring their contractual compliance.
• Review and collect supplier quality documentation (records, welding book, validations, etc.) necessary for the approval of manufacturing and component homologation.
• Participate in the evaluation, homologation, and auditing of suppliers, including PPAP and improvement plans.
• Manage non-conformities, deviations, and corrective actions, guaranteeing their effective closure.
• Provide support in risk analysis and root cause analysis, collaborating with other quality areas.
• Promote continuous improvement and compliance with Ingeteam's quality, safety, and environmental policies.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or similar.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality positions within industrial environments.
• Training in quality systems and audits is valued.
• High level of English (other languages will be valued).
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in technical and international environments.
