Ingeteam, a leading company specializing in electrical engineering and the development of electrical equipment, motors, generators, and frequency converters, is looking to hire a Senior Global Planning and Materials Management Technician to join the C&C Operations business unit in Sarriguren/Ortuella/Sesma.

Mission: You will be responsible for standardizing and optimizing production planning and management processes, improving efficiency, plant capacity, and load balancing at a group level.

Among your main challenges, the following work is highlighted: Monitoring and support of manufacturing and forecasts (35 %): Analyze master production plans, their deviations, and plant capacities, in coordination with Costing & Stock, to optimize load balancing and evaluate new product lines. Provide support in best practices for production planning and management alongside demand.

Cross-functionalization of best practices between plants (25 %): Share knowledge, document, and standardize production planning and management processes at an inter-plant level. Analyze the processes of each plant to drive improvements and efficiency at a group level, as well as provide support in the implementation of new tools, especially SAP.

Coordination of department projects in Management Plans (25 %): Monitor and provide support for Planning and Material Management projects included in the Management and Strategic Plans of the plants and the group.

Monitoring of OTD, OTM, and OTRM indicators (15 %): Unify, together with the managers of each plant, the key Planning and Material Management indicators of Operations, performing their monitoring and driving improvement actions.

Requirements: Degree in Industrial Engineering or similar / ADE + Postgraduate.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar functions or positions.

English level B2-C1.

Advanced level proficiency in SAP.

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing will be positively valued.
