Your mission will be: To comprehensively coordinate the activities associated with the manufacturing, assembly, and commissioning of synchronous compensators in Beasain, ensuring compliance with technical requirements, deadlines, quality, and project costs. The selected person will work in close collaboration with the Purchasing, Operations, Logistics, Engineering, Assembly, Commissioning, and AVR teams, also participating in meetings with the client alongside the Solution Project Manager. Main functions Plan and coordinate project activities from launch to commissioning.

Identify critical tests, inspection points, equipment, and materials.

Collaborate with Purchasing in the selection and awarding of equipment, materials, and services.

Coordinate with Operations during manufacturing, performing the monitoring of PPIs and NCRs.

Work with Logistics from the start of the project for the awarding and monitoring of main purchase and sales transports.

Monitor manufacturing, supplies, milestones, risks, and possible deviations.

Support and direct the assembly and commissioning activities of the machine.

Coordinate and provide support to the AVR team during the assembly and PEM phases.

Participate in meetings with the client alongside the Solution Project Manager.

Coordinate the resolution of incidents and facilitate communication between the different teams involved.

Prepare progress reports, action monitoring, and closing documentation.

Requirements

University degree in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, Energy Engineering, or similar. Experience in management or coordination of industrial, electrical, or electromechanical projects. Experience in manufacturing, assembly, testing, or commissioning of industrial equipment. Knowledge of project planning, supplier management, quality, PPI, and NCRs. Sufficient level of English to work with technical documentation and participate in meetings. Availability to travel occasionally during the assembly, commissioning, or meetings with clients and suppliers phases.
