GLOBAL PLM ENGINEER - TEAM CENTER & SAP
Ingeteam, a leading company in electrical engineering and in the development of electrical equipment, motors, generators, and frequency converters, is looking to recruit a GLOBAL PLM ENGINEER - TEAM CENTER & SAP for its facilities in Sesma, Sarriguren (Pamplona), Zamudio, or Ortuella.
The selected person will join the Operations C&C Department team with the objective of guaranteeing the maintenance, control, and improvement of the digital engineering and production systems based on Teamcenter and SAP, ensuring information consistency, product traceability, and efficiency in data management across Ingeteam's different production plants. The position combines technical skills in PLM and ERP systems with practical knowledge of industrial processes.
Responsibilities: Management of technical data in Teamcenter and SAP, including BOM and synchronization of product information.
Support and training for users in engineering, production, and quality in the use of Teamcenter and SAP.
Improvement of workflows and digitalization projects, integrating and optimizing data management processes of the different production plants.
Requirements: Education: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Organization Engineering, Industrial Technologies Engineering, or Manufacturing/Process Engineering. Training in Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement is valued.
English: B2
Experience: 1 year or more of experience in industrial environments is valued.
IT: SAP and knowledge of Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Power BI is valued.
Competencies: Autonomy, high capacity for interaction with different interlocutors, negotiation skills, and the ability to interpret and manage different situations and professional profiles, combining technical knowledge and interpersonal skills.
