REMOTE SAT TECHNICIAN INTERNSHIP

Ingeteam, a leading company specialized in electrical engineering and the development of electrical equipment, motors, generators, and frequency converters, is looking to incorporate a remote SAT Technician in an internship modality to join the EVC sector in Sarriguren (Navarra).

Mission: You will be responsible for providing support in the monitoring and remote diagnosis tasks of electric vehicle chargers in the EVC Business Unit. Among your main challenges, the following work-related tasks stand out: Support in the remote monitoring of electric vehicle chargers.

Initial diagnosis of incidents using Linux tools and commands.

Review of logs, services, processes, and connectivity of embedded Linux systems.

Execution and maintenance of Bash scripts to automate checks.

Documentation and tracking of incidents, with escalation to the technical team when necessary.

Collaboration in testing and updating diagnostic procedures.

Requirements: Degree or Higher Vocational Training (FP) with the possibility of carrying out the internship with us.

B2 level of English

Knowledge in the following will be positively valued: Embedded linux

Bash/shell

Command line.

Administration of embedded linux systems.

Programming in shell and/or C
