PAID INTERNSHIP IN HEALTH AND SAFETY ADMINISTRATION

The selected person will provide daily support to the Health & Safety team in administrative and management tasks related to occupational health and safety. Their responsibilities will include, among others, support in training processes, coordination of business activities, and management of planning and PPEs.

The main tasks will be:

• Registration, updating, and transfer of data between systems.
• Checking requirements and preparing deviation reports.
• Feeding indicators and monitoring actions.
• Migration of data from an old system to a new one.
• Collaboration in the migration of preventive activity planning data from the Smartsheet and Excel systems to the Portal No Conformidades environment.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Higher Vocational Training/Degree/Master's studies in Administration.
• Proficiency in Euskera and English.
• Proactivity.
• Proficiency in office automation.
• No work experience after completing studies. The internship will be carried out through the Fundación Novia Salcedo (3+3 months). Essential to apply for the internship: being under 30 years old, having no company contract with Social Security registration since the completion of higher studies, and having had no other internship (internship experiences held through internship agreements—projects carried out for the completion of a degree/master's—do not count as internship experience).
