Description of services related to the position: Technical activities: Resolution of level 2 incidents within the team's scope. Engineering on technical solutions for the physical or virtual "Workstation" scope Study of impacts related to the integration of hardware, technical software, and applications (feasibility, impact study...) Writing of Instructions Support for subject follow-up Maintenance of all associated documentation.
