THE ROLE

We are looking for a travel enthusiast, organized and proactive, to support our operations in the role of Infleet Agent. This is an operational and on-site position, focused on the preparation of campervans before they become part of our fleet. You will be responsible for vehicle inspection, site organization, moving campervans between different locations, ensuring everything is ready for operational use, as well as managing customer check-ins and check-outs.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Inspect vehicles arriving from the factory, checking for any damage to the bodywork and interiors;
  • Check the correct functioning of mirrors, lights, windows, doors, and curtains;
  • Verify the functioning of heating, electrical, and water systems;
  • Install stickers, GPS, and radios on new vehicles;
  • Ensure the presence of all keys and the organization of documentation, among other activities;
  • Receive, unpack, and organize deliveries; load kits and optional equipment inside the new vehicles;
  • Drive campervans between the production site and Indie Campers locations, ensuring safe and careful driving of the vehicles;
  • Prepare and clean campervans before rental;
  • Manage incoming bookings, welcome guests, and handle check-in and check-out procedures.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Great attention to detail;
  • Solid technical knowledge of campervans, or strong curiosity and ability to learn;
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills;
  • Valid driver's license and confidence in driving a campervan;
  • Availability to work 6 days a week during the infleet task-force period (2 months), including weekends and holidays (mandatory);
  • Good physical stamina and strength (the role involves lifting, unpacking, and organizing deliveries);
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language.
