HR Officer / ADP (M/F)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Job Context As part of the internal reorganization of the Human Resources department, which consists of five employees, an HR Officer - Personnel Administration position is being created. Reporting to the Payroll Manager, the HR Officer will be responsible for centralizing all activities related to the Institute's personnel administration (ADP). He/she will progressively take charge of all administrative processes and will be proactive in optimizing them or implementing new procedures. This evolution is also part of the migration of our payroll and onboarding tools.
Missions Personnel Administrative Management Manage the entire administrative life cycle of employees, from their entry to their departure. Prepare all regulatory documents related to personnel administration (monitoring medical visits, managing residence permits). Create, maintain, and ensure the follow-up of individual administrative files for employees throughout their journey within the Institute. Ensure the entry of onboarding data as well as the integration of employees into the time management software. Develop social dashboards and reporting necessary for monitoring HR activity. Guarantee the application of social regulations, legal obligations, and company agreements. Propose, formalize, and implement HR procedures based on regulatory changes and internal needs. Be the point of contact for all questions relating to personnel administration. Draft employment contracts, amendments, and various administrative certificates. Participate in the migration of the payroll software within the scope of Personnel Administration. Contribute to cross-functional projects of the Human Resources department.

Required Skills Rigor, organizational skills, and autonomy. Excellent interpersonal skills, sense of service, and ability to explain/teach. Strong taste for teamwork. Ability to formalize processes and write procedures. Mastery of project management and ability to be proactive. Excellent mastery of office tools, especially Excel.
Profile Higher education in Human Resources (Bachelor's to Master's degree). Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Personnel Administration. Good knowledge of social law and HR processes. English level: B2.
